Uniaxial piezoresistive accelerometers incorporate advanced piezoresistive MEMS sensing elements with exceptional dynamic range and stability. The units have a full Wheatstone bridge output configuration and an operating temperature range of -20 ° C to + 80 ° C. The minimum internal gas damping provides excellent non-linearity (± 1%), excellent impact resistance (up to 5000 g) and a ± 5% frequency response from DC to 2.5 kHz. The sensors are SAEJ211 compliant. Uniaxial piezoresistive accelerometers have an integrated cable.
